It's been quite a long time since I last used Newgrounds, around 3 or 4 years to be exact.

Time moves fast nowadays. Old relationships fizzle out, new relationshps spark, disasters happen and miracles too, interests change through time. I am almost an entirely different person from the 12 year old kid obsessed with Madness Combat that used to run this account back in the day.

With adult life catching up to me everyday, I grew nostalgic of the simpler times here and I decided to wipe the dust off my old account and take a trip down memory lane, if anything just to humble myself and remember my roots. It was quite emotional going back through old messages, I stayed up almost the entire night just reading old conversations with people who changed my life and don't even know it. People who I've never met and proably never will.

As good as nostalgia is, however, I am a firm believer of letting the past go. I am happy as I am today, the happiest I've ever been to be exact. My older self may have been carefree and joyful but he was as smart as a doorknob and that can be proven just be seeing some of my older reviews, art and posts. The older man I am today can only handle so much embarassment from seeing my past self, even if that time was some of the best years of my life.

I am a changed person now, a more mature one. I exercise both body and mind. I stay up to date with politics and the news of the world. I encourage others to be their best by being my best. I am more confident and extroverted than ever before in my life and I wouldn't change it for the world.

To wrap up, my years in this site were beuatiful, filled with memories that I'll never forget. However, I don't think I will ever come back, this chapter of my life is in the past now and I will glady look forward to the future and what it has to offer.

Goodbye old friends, all of you from Brazil to Thailand, and know it's you who made my childhood oh so many times better. I love you all, and I will never forget you.
